What is the Container Payment Portal?
Overview
The Container Payment Portal is a collaborative solution powered by PayCargo’s secure payment network and Gnosis Freight’s Container Lifecycle Management® (CLM) platform. It provides a centralized, efficient way to manage container-related payments, invoices, and status updates in one streamlined interface.
Built to support OSRA-compliant payment workflows, the portal serves as a primary tool for managing container financial activity, including demurrage settlement. By connecting real-time container data with secure payments, the platform helps reduce delays, limit manual processes, and improve coordination between shippers, freight forwarders, carriers, and terminals.
Through the integrated Container Watchlist, users can track container status events in real time, monitor Last Free Day (LFD) deadlines, and stay ahead of charges as shipments move through marine and inland rail terminals.

How it Works
Log in: Visit watchlist.paycargo.com and sign in using your PayCargo credentials.
Select a Vendor: Choose a vendor to open the Container Watchlist dashboard.
Add Containers: Search by Container Number (with the last four digits of the Bill of Lading) or by Master Bill of Lading (MBL).
Manage Your Watchlist: Add or remove containers as needed. View key details such as demurrage amounts, Last Free Day, dates, and terminal information. Past-due charges are highlighted for easy identification.
Pay or Dispute Charges: Click the $ icon to pay a single container, or select multiple containers and choose Pay or Dispute. Review charges, select a payment method, and submit your payment. To dispute a charge, enter the required details and submit. A confirmation email will be sent.
