Understanding PayCargo pricing and plans
Overview
PayCargo offers flexible pricing options designed to support a wide range of payment needs—from guest payments to high-volume logistics operations. The right plan depends on how frequently you make payments, the payment methods you prefer, and the level of operational tools your business requires.
Customers can choose between PayCargo Quick Pay for occasional payments or a Payer Account for ongoing use with advanced features and lower per-transaction costs.

*For PayCargo account holders, a standard transaction fee of $14.95 applies to each payment. Credit card transactions are subject to separate processing fees, which are approximately 3.8% for domestic payments and approximately 4.8% for Canadian credit card transactions. PayCargo Quick Pay guest payments do not require an annual fee; however, they include a per-transaction cost of $19.50, in addition to the applicable credit card processing fees.
*Registration is required to create a PayCargo account and access subscription-based features. During registration, the administrative user must accept the terms and confirm authorization to share bank details or prepaid funding information, consenting to the Annual Fee in effect.
Once the account is active, the annual fee of $295 applies per user profile and is collected via ACH in two installments. Email notifications are provided in advance of each withdrawal.
