Understanding PayCargo pricing and plans

Overview

PayCargo offers flexible pricing options designed to support a wide range of payment needs—from guest payments to high-volume logistics operations. The right plan depends on how frequently you make payments, the payment methods you prefer, and the level of operational tools your business requires.

Customers can choose between PayCargo Quick Pay for occasional payments or a Payer Account for ongoing use with advanced features and lower per-transaction costs.

How it Works

Choose a payment option

PayCargo provides the following options:

  • PayCargo Quick Pay (Guest Payments) Designed for one-time or occasional payments without registration. Payments are made by credit card only and include per-transaction fees*

  • Payer Account (ACH, Credit Card, or Line of Credit) A subscription-based account* for frequent payers. This option supports multiple payment methods, unlimited transactions, and access to operational tools, including batch payments and reporting.

Key Benefits

Flexibility: Choose between guest payments or a full account based on your usage needs

Multiple payment methods: ACH, credit card, prepaid balance, or approved line of credit

Scalability: Supports everything from single transactions to enterprise-level payment volumes

For frequent payers: lower per-transaction cost compared to guest payments, and additional tools for managing payments efficiently.

What if I process multiple transactions or have a high payment volume?

For high-volume operations, we recommend contacting the PayCargo Sales Team to discuss the options best suited to your business needs.

Where can I view my subscription fee invoice?

To access your Annual User Fee invoice, you can review the email sent to your registered address or retrieve it directly through the PayCargo platform by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayCargo account

  2. Navigate to the Transactions tab

  3. Select Clear to remove any existing filters

  4. Search for PayCargo as the Vendor

  5. Select the relevant invoice from the results

  6. In the transaction details, click Print to download the receipt

Why do I have to pay transaction fees if I already have an annual subscription fee?

Our transactional fees support the delivery of high-quality services, including ongoing updates and integrations that enhance efficiency and provide a seamless experience for our customers.

As part of our commitment to innovation, PayCargo account holders are subject to an annual user fee. This fee helps maintain an active account and supports the security of your sensitive information, while enabling us to expand our offerings—such as same-day release vendors, customized reporting, multiple user permission levels, various payment methods, 24/7 support, and refund assistance.
