APM Terminals
Overview
PayCargo allows Payers to search, manage, and pay past and pending transactions for supported APM Terminals, including locations such as Los Angeles (Pier 400), Port Elizabeth, Mobile, and Miami. This functionality supports multiple payment methods and helps streamline high-volume container payments.
The enhanced interface includes a bulk search feature, making it easier to review and manage multiple container transactions in one place. This improves visibility, reduces manual work, and supports faster cargo release.
How it Works — Account Setup

Registrations using a credit card are typically approved the same day. For bank account (ACH) setup, approval may take up to 48 hours to complete required security and regulatory validations.
If expedited access is needed, you may register using a credit card and later convert your account to ACH to take advantage of the lowest long-term processing costs.
