Retrieve and Pay Demurrage Charges Directly in PayCargo

PayCargo is expanding its demurrage payment capabilities to make it easier for customers to retrieve, review, and pay container demurrage charges in one place.
With this enhancement, customers can retrieve available charges directly within the platform, reducing the need to switch between systems. Once the charges are retrieved, they can continue using their existing PayCargo transaction workflow, including transaction creation, approvals, and payment.

Saved Views for the Transactions Table

The Transactions table in your dashboard can now be customized and saved as up to five Views, making it easier to access the information and layout you prefer. Switch between saved Views whenever you need a different view of your transactions, or set one as your default View to have it displayed automatically when you log in.

This integration allows payers to retrieve accurate and up-to-date charges directly in PayCargo by entering a CFS Lot Number and confirming the pickup date. Once payment is completed, remittance information is automatically sent to Bridgetown to help streamline payment processing.

Direct Alerts - Product Enhancement

With this update, users can choose to receive alerts only from specific users instead of receiving notifications for all account activity. This helps reduce unnecessary emails and ensures users only see the updates that matter most to their role or team.
The feature also applies to workflow-based alerts, allowing users to refine notifications within approval processes and only receive updates from selected users in those workflows.

CODA / Logiware Payment Confirmation Update

We introduced an update that automatically notifies Logiware when a payment is successfully completed in PayCargo for Coda transactions.
This helps ensure payments are recorded faster and improves the accuracy of payment reconciliation on the Logiware side.
There is no change to how users make payments in PayCargo. The checkout process remains the same.
